Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. The Jimi Hendrix Experience opened for The Walker Bros. during their 1967 UK tour, which lasted from March 31 through April 30. The band had formed only a few months earlier and this tour commenced just after the release of their second single, the iconic ‘Purple Haze.’ Two weeks after the tour ended they released their first album, Are You Experienced, considered one of the greatest debut albums of all-time.
