Collection of four original color World War II posters from 1943-1944, ranging in size from 16 x 22.5 to 22 x 28. The first shows two men working together building an airplane and reads, “United we win”; the second shows a table setting with only bones left on the plate and reads, “Food is a weapon, don’t waste it”; the third shows a woman carrying her groceries as soldiers in the background march off to war, and urges the conservation of trucks and tires; and the fourth shows a train unloading hundreds of soldiers and asks, “Is your trip necessary?” In overall fine condition, with expected horizontal and vertical folds (with a few separations) and some old tape toning and surface loss along bottom edge of the “United we win” poster.
