Boldly-penned document which names Jonathan Woodman and Richard Bartlett Jr. as parties to a land sale contract. Signed on the reverse by Sewell as recorder for Essex County, and countersigned on the front by Jonathan Woodman, Samuel Soyer, Philip Morss, Joseph Hoyt and Thomas Noyes.
