Document ordering “that an annuity or yearly pension of Three Hundred Pounds should be granted to Sydney Morgan Wife of Sir Thomas Charles Morgan Knight…and that by reason of His last illness the necessary steps could not be taken for that purpose, and whereas we are now desirous of carrying his gracious intentions into effect.” Boldly signed at the top of the first page by Victoria. A couple of small separations along intersecting folds, some scattered light soiling and pencil notations, and a small spot of paper loss to integral second page, otherwise fine condition.
