Signed and inscribed on the reverse of the wide end of the tie by Mrs. Reagan, “To Oscar—with warm thanks and best wishes, Nancy Reagan.” In very fine condition. Accompanied by the original box, Lilly Pulitzer business card of Gordon C. Russell, and a letter from Russell dated August 10, 1998, in full: “Dear President Reagan, please accept this Lilly tie with our fondest wishes for you!
