R. Hutchinson, 8.5 x 3.25, payable to J. E. Osborne & Co. for $347.71, stamp-dated December 10, 1918; and a transaction land transaction deed between Barnum and John Loverty for the sale of a tract of land in Bridgeport, May 20, 1852, signed by some witnesses and representatives but not Barnum.
