Floater-style RIAA gold record award presented to legendary engineer and producer Ron Nevison commemorating the sale of more than 500,000 copies of Jefferson Starship’s Modern Times. Framed with its gold plaque and a small replica of the album cover to an overall size of 16.75 x 21. In fine condition, with album image slightly faded. Grace Slick returned after a three-year absence from the band, and this was the first Jefferson Starship album to have promotional videos, as MTV made its debut the same year.
