Longfellow, Nov. 16, 1879.” Longfellow pens a the final stanza of ‘A Psalm of Life.’ In full: “Let us then be up and doing, / With a heart for any fate; / Still achieving, still pursuing, / Learn to labor and to wait.” In very fine condition.
