Dignified vintage matte-finish 4.75 x 6.75 Harris and Ewing photo of Scott posing with his horse, affixed to its original 7.5 x 10 photographer’s mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in fountain pen “To Louis Wiley from his sincere friend H. L. Scott, Major Gen Chief of Staff, War Department, Washington, Jany 12, 1917.” Some scattered light silvering and some creases and slight paper loss to mount, otherwise fine condition.
