Letter of state to Joaquin Balaguer announcing the transfer of Korea’s ambassador to the Dominican Republic. In part (translated): “I am pleased to believe that Mr. Lee, during his mission, devoted all his efforts to strengthening the good understanding and the friendly relations existing between the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Dominica.” Signed at the conclusion by Park Chung-hee, Kim Jong-pil, and Shinyong Lho.
