Caleb Bennett of New Castle and David Kirkpatrick of Wilmington are gentlemen of character to whom the keys of the arsenals at the respective places may be safely confided.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered creasing, uniform toning, a few mild areas of soiling, and adhesive remnants to the bottom left.
