Wollaston Esquire, their Consul for the Port of Genoa…I have the honor to request you to admit Mr. Wollaston to the exercise of his Consular functions.” Cloth matted and framed with a portrait of Pickering and a biographical plaque, to an overall size of 24 x 19.5.
