Howe, with all three with the plate designation of “A.” A one-dollar change note featuring vignettes of a steamship, a man pouring water from an urn, and a portrait of Thomas Jefferson; a two-dollar change note with vignettes of a steamship, Lady Liberty, and a cotton ball; and a three-dollar change note with vignettes of a steamship, a man pouring water from an urn, and a portrait of Thomas Jefferson. In fair condition, with cancellation cuts to all three, scattered paper loss to edges, moderate toning, and fragile creases and partial separations.
