Handwritten and signed musical manuscript, in pencil, four pages on two adjoining 10.5 x 13.25 sheets of musically-lined paper. Headed at the top “One Day I Sang a Little Song, Charles Wakefield Cadman,” adding “The Original,” in the upper right. Cadman pens 48 bars of music and lyrics to the song. In good to very good condition, with partial separation along ventral horizontal fold, scattered toning, soiling, and damp staining, and mild overall creasing and wrinkling.
