Four items: color satin-finish 8 x 10 photo of Cauthen in a race signed in black felt tip; front cover of the June 19, 1978, Sports Illustrated showing Cauthen atop Affirmed signed in blue felt tip; 1993 Horse Star trading card signed in black felt tip; and a black felt tip signature on a 4.5 x 2.25 card matted with a color photo to an overall size of 11 x 14. Accompanied by four unsigned photos, a $2 winning ticket, and several dried flowers said to have come from the wreath of Affirmed obtained directly from the jockey by the consignor’s husband who was in charge of entertainment at Belmont Raceway.
