White Beta cloth name tag, 5 x 2, worn on astronaut Deke Slayton's flight suit during his historic Apollo-Soyuz mission. The patch was attached to his suit via white Velcro across the back of the name tag, and was designed as a ‘ back-up.’ Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Bobbie Slayton that reads: “This Slayton patch belonged to my husband, Deke Slayton, and was worn by him on the Apollo Soyuz mission in 1975.
