Pre-flight menu for Charles Conrad of Skylab I, printed “SML MENU 2,” 8.5 x 11, signed on the front in black felt tip “Charles Conrad, Jr.” Menu items included coffee cake, hot dogs, turkey rice soup, and prime rib.
