Pen name of the French novelist Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette (1873–1954), best known for such works as the Claudine series, La Chatte, and Gigi. Vintage matte-finish 3.75 x 5.25 photo of the author posing with her cats, signed and inscribed in fountain pen in French. Matted under glass, to an overall size of 11 x 12.5.
