In part: “Be advised that your employment by this corporation has been terminated effective immediately; and you should govern yourself accordingly.”; and a two-page DS, 8.5 x 11, dated April 25, 1958, signed twice by Waronker. Minutes of a Special meeting of the Board of Directors of Liberty Records Sales Corporation electing officers.
