Kuhn writes his wife, Vera Spier, addressing the letter "Dear V." In part: "Nothing much to write you. The main event is the weather which is grand. Did a little exploring yesterday, looked around the Otis Bay, that town has a grand character. No tourist look at all. An artistically different style of architecture…Please mail a note as enclosed to Renne and sign it W.K. Am feeling fine, broiled me a chicken last night. Very good." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope addressed "Mrs. Walt Kuhn" by the painter. The envelope rates good condition with numerous penciled notations written on the front and back in an unknown hand, torn left side, and moderate toning. RRAuction COA.
