Diminutive actor, best known for his roles in The Man With the Golden Gun and Fantasy Island, who took his own life in 1993. Original felt tip self-portrait as he appeared in The Man with The Golden Gun, showing himself brandishing a pistol, signed in black felt tip, “‘The Man with the Golden Gun, James Bond 007, Herve Villechaize as Nick Nack, 1974 England,’” adding a difficult to read notation along the bottom. Reverse bears a short letter to the sketch’s recipient reading, in part: “The man with the golden gun is coming out Dec. 18, 74 in England & 25 Dec in USA.” In fine condition, with some scattered light toning.
