One check is made out to the Cole Porter Research Fund, and the other to Chappell and Co., with memo stating “royalty payment for Ira Gershwin.” Expected stamps and holes, with light show-through from stamps under signatures, a vertical fold to one, and a pencil notation under one signature, otherwise fine condition.
