Five one-page TLSs, all signed “George,” all on his personal notecards, all measuring approximately 6.25 x 4.25, ranging in date from 1994-1998, all to his friend Cy Laughter. One from January 4, 1996, reads: “You probably made the right decision on running for Congress, though I sure would like to have seen you beat Tony Hall.” Another one from March 28, 1996, reads, in part: “I’m just back from the Middle East, and I leave next week for China.
