Huntington,” one page both sides, 7.5 x 6, April 29, 1769. Partial document regarding the sale of 27 acres of land, signed by Joseph Ross, and signed in the lower left by Huntington as a witness. In very good condition, with scattered toning, intersecting folds, a few small areas of ink erosion, and a rough top edge. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
