Hand-addressed and signed mailing envelope, 9 x 4, postmarked 1944, addressed in fountain pen by Patton to “Mrs. G.S. Patton, South Hamilton, Mass.,” and signed at the top left corner, “Lt. Gen. G.S. Patton Jr.” and at the bottom left “Censored, G.S. Patton.” Handwritten notation from another family member on the reverse.
