Signed book: Wait Till Next Year. First edition, first printing. NY: Random House, 1960. Hardcover with dustjacket, 6 x 9.25, 339 pages. Signed and inscribed in black ink on the first free end page, “7-16-60, To Jimmie and Nancy Freezer, with best wishes. I hope you enjoy ‘Wait Till Next Year.’ Jackie Robinson.” In very good condition, with some light toning and foxing to signed page and paste downs, and some light damp staining to inside pages (associated wrinkling and thin red staining along the tops of some interior pages). The dustjacket shows some scattered light wear and creasing, with some staining, chipping, and sunning to the spine. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
