Partly-printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 10, March 15, 1826. President Adams grants John Cox 61 acres of land in Indiana. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good condition, with intersecting storage folds, scattered toning and wrinkling, and a trimmed left edge. The white seal is worn and creased but intact, with a pin through the center, and Adams’s signature remains clear and dark. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
