Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.5, April 1, 1831. President Jackson grants 80 acres of land in the Michigan Territory to John Lybrook. Signed at the bottom by Jackson, and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, and some scattered light toning and wrinkling, otherwise fine condition. Jackson’s signature measures an impressive six inches in length.
