Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Matted with a color portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 18.75 x 27. In very good condition, with intersecting storage folds, scattered toning and soiling, show-through from writing on reverse, and missing seal. Oversized.
