Signed and inscribed to Apollo 13 astronaut Jack Swigert in blue ballpoint on the first free end page, “With very warmest wishes to Jack Swigert, Scott Crossfield.” The consignor notes that this was obtained at the auction of Swigert’s personal belongings following his death.
