Oversized vintage matte-finish 12.25 x 15 photo of Hoover with a dog, signed and inscribed in ink “To Mr. & Mrs. C— McKee with kind regards of Herbert Hoover.” Matted to an overall size of 16.5 x 19.75. In very good condition, with scattered light surface marks and tiny spots of skinning, faint stain touching forehead, and scattered crazing to emulsion. Unusual in signed images of this size!
