Eldest son of Queen Victoria (born 1841) who reigned as King of England from 1901 until his death in 1910. Partly engraved DS, signed “Edward R & I,” one page both sides, 7.75 x 12.5, March 19, 1906. An appointment for Stuart Brownlow Beatson as Knight Commander of the Order of the Star of India. An embossed seal remains intact in the left margin.
