Vintage glossy 8 x 10 publicity photo, signed and inscribed in ink, “To Frank: ‘The greatest sandwich man in America,’ Sincerely, Desi Arnaz.” The original inscribee was a chef, and later, manager at the popular Meadowbrook night club in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.
