Matte-finish 9.25 x 7 photo matted and framed to an overall size of 14.75 x 12.75, signed and inscribed in ink on the mat, “For Joe and Eileen—With my devotion always, Jackie.” The inscribees were Joseph Kingsbury-Smith and his wife. Kingsbury-Smith (1908–1999) was a Pulitzer Prize–winning reporter and publisher of the New York Journal-American. He is, presumably, the man escorting Jackie in the photo.
