Signed at the conclusion by Monroe, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Double matted and framed with a portrait of Monroe, to an overall size of 27 x 15.25. In good to very good condition, with Monroe’s signature light, but legible, previous moderate storage folds, some light toning, scattered creases and wrinkles, and a cracked, but intact seal.
