Glossy 6.5 x 8.5 photo, signed in ballpoint, “Idi Amin Dada.” In very good condition, with rubbing to surface, some scuffing and irregularity to emulsion, a few small creases (corner crease just touching the signature), and impressions from another item signed on top of photo.
