Signed in black felt tip on the title page “Barack Obama” and on the page opposite “Joe Biden.” According to the consignor, the signatures were obtained in Palm Beach County, Florida in October 2008. The first such dual-signed item we have seen, as few collectors took the time to acquire both signatures when Obama and Biden were appearing frequently in public during the 2008 campaign.
