Signed in ink on the title page “Houdini.” The opposite blank bears the pencil notation “From the library of the late Eva Anna Fay (Mrs. Pingree), stage spiritualist.” In fine condition overall, with light uneven toning to signed page, ink stamp, small chip to rear blank, and possible removal of a front blank. Apart from a very subtle trace of rubbing at the corners, the binding is unusually clean. R&R COA.
