DS, in Spanish, three pages, 9 x 13.5, May 12, 1959. Three article document signed on the final page by Castro as Prime Minister of Cuba, and also initialed on the second page by Castro. Document is countersigned by Osvaldo Dorticos, who served as 23rd President of Cuba. Paper loss, punch holes and chips to left edges, several horizontal bends (one lightly passing through the signature) and some mild soiling to second page, otherwise fine condition.
