Three items: 1958 TLS sending thanks for a copy of the book American Annual of Christmas Literature and Art, signed “Herbert Hoover”; matte-finish 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in ink, “For Judge and Mrs. Thomas M. Lewis with best wishes from Dwight D. Eisenhower”; and a matte-finish 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in ballpoint, “To George J. McFarlane from Harry S.
