British actress (born 1919) best known for her role as Nyah in Devil Girls from Mars (1954), one of the first films of its genre produced in the UK. Scarce vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of the deliciously severe actress, an original publicity still from Devil Girls from Mars with descriptive label on the reverse, signed and inscribed in ink, “To Jack … with my best wishes from Patricia Laffan, 1954.” In very good condition, with scattered small, faint creases and surface marks (tiny mark to face), and flaw to negative at upper left corner.
