Murderous, oppressive President of Uganda (1924–2003) who was deposed in 1979 and lived the remainder of his years in exile. Scarce glossy 9.25 x 7 photo of a highly decorated Amin shaking hands with an unidentified dignitary, signed in ballpoint “Idi Amin Dada.” An ink notation on the reverse dates the photo to April 20, 1976. Scattered surface marks, light fingerprints, and small repaired edge tear near but not touching signature, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
