Vintage matte-finish 11 x 8.5 Harris and Ewing portrait photo of Roosevelt, seated at his desk, looking up from a document, signed and inscribed in fountain pen (likely as president) to Oregon representative Nan Wood Honeyman, “For Nan Honeyman from his old friend Franklin D. Roosevelt.” Nan Wood Honeyman (1881–1970) was the first woman elected to the United States Congress from the state of Oregon.
