Coveralls worn by Aldrin at a reunion of the 22nd Fighter Squadron, the unit in which he flew F-100 Super Sabres as a commander prior to his NASA career, the size 42 regular green flyer’s summer coveralls bearing several sewn-on embroidered patches, including rank and unit patches and one which reads “Stingers, Buzz Aldrin.” Previously sold at Heritage Auction Galleries and accompanied by a descriptive letter of authenticity signed in blue felt tip “Buzz Aldrin.” In very fine condition.
