Countersigned by W. L. Marcy as secretary of state. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Accompanied by an antique portrait engraving. Trimming as noted, intersecting folds, a hint of subtle soiling and wrinkling (faint toning at upper left corner), otherwise fine, bright condition. The signature is large, dark, and perfect.
