Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 13 x 9.5, November 27, 1820. A grant for a parcel of land issued to William Talbot “in pursuance of the Acts of Congress appropriating and granting Land to the late Army of the United States, passed on and since the sixth day of May, 1812.” The paper seal remains intact at lower left. In very good condition, with intersecting creases (light vertical crease to first name) and scattered soiling and staining. The signature is bold, dark, and otherwise unaffected by any faults.
