Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 15.5 x 9.5, December 6, 1830. A grant for a parcel of land in Ohio issued to Frederick Onstine. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, one chip each to left and right edges, light soiling a few scattered stains (very subtle staining to signature area), and seal removal traces at lower left.
