I should be very happy, indeed, to lunch with you and Mr. Campbell in New York on the 16th, but I am not to have the pleasure of being there on that occasion … owing to the fact that I am leaving this week for a trip to the Pacific coast and the Hawaiian islands….” Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 28.25 x 25.
