Partly printed DS, boldly signed “Np” as emperor, one page both sides, 13.5 x 19.25, no date [1804–14]. A legal document related to commerce with ships entering French ports. In good condition, with intersecting folds (holes and partial separations, some with tape repairs), light wrinkling and creasing, slight trimming to one edge, and scattered toning and soiling.
