Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 14 x 9, April 1, 1831. A grant for a parcel of land near Chillicothe, Ohio issued to Henry Trout, assignee of Thomas Buchanan and Joseph McMullen. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. In good to very good condition, with intersecting folds (vertical fold to first name) and scattered toning and soiling.
